Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Euphronios, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Euphronios.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Sign-in is provided through Supabase using email or Google. One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed.

• Every generation costs credits; the price is shown before you generate. Failed generations are not charged.
• Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Max) are billed monthly through Stripe and grant a set number of credits each billing cycle. Credits refresh to your plan amount at renewal and are not redeemable for cash.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings or the Pricing page; your plan and remaining credits stay active until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of the prompts and files you provide and, to the maximum extent permitted by law and by our AI providers, of the outputs you generate. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display your content so we can operate the service for you. AI outputs may not be unique — similar prompts can produce similar results for other users — and their copyright status can depend on your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use Euphronios to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or that depicts real people without consent (including sexual, defamatory, or deceptive deepfakes), child sexual abuse material, or content that violates the policies of our AI providers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Generations are produced using third-party AI providers (currently fal.ai and OpenRouter) and are subject to their terms and content policies. Availability of specific models may change. We are not responsible for provider outages or model behaviour beyond our control.

We work to keep Euphronios available but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and adjust credit costs to reflect provider pricing, with notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euphronios and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost content or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using Euphronios and delete your account at any time (Settings → Personal profile), which permanently removes your data and cancels active subscriptions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
