Privacy Policy

Euphronios ("we", "us") operates an AI creative studio for generating images, video, audio and lip-sync content. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Euphronios web app and related services.

• Account data — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile photo. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Content you create — the prompts you write, files you upload as references, and the images, videos and audio you generate. These are stored so you can access them in your Library and Creations.
• Billing data — your subscription plan, credit balance and purchase history. Card details are processed and stored by Stripe, never by us.
• Usage data — a record of credits spent per generation, used to power your Usage page and to operate the service.

To provide the studio and store your creations, to meter and bill credits, to process subscriptions, to maintain security and prevent abuse, and to respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your generated content or prompts to train our own models.

Generations run on third-party AI infrastructure — currently fal.ai and OpenRouter — which receive the prompt and any reference files needed to produce your output. We use Supabase for authentication, database and file storage, and Stripe for payments. Each processes data only to perform its service and under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your account and content are retained while your account is active. Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data. You can delete individual creations at any time, and deleting your account (Settings → Personal profile) permanently removes your profile, generations, library, elements, projects and usage history, and cancels any active subscription.

You can access, edit or delete your data from within the app, export creations by downloading them, and close your account entirely. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

We use the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your studio preferences. We may also display ads through Google AdSense, which uses cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads; Google may use your prior visits to this and other sites to show relevant ads. You can control personalised advertising in your Google Ad Settings, and learn more from Google's advertising policies.

Euphronios is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify you in the app.
